Birthday & Slumber Parties

News from the Land of Loveless...

• Strawberry Days rodeo with the Beatty's and Uncle Mark= fun



• Throughly enjoyed Mark's b-day. Italian food, Max, the uncles, and Black Walnut from the B.R.--another successful party.



• Wasatch Back Relay--Ryan conquered the Ragnar; Mark, Jeff, Max & I conquered Park City (shortly after we conquered outlet shopping)
  


• Did not enjoy two days without A/C; did enjoy the slumber party in the basement after we hauled the queen mattress into the family room. Then the TV went out. Bad karma.



• Max is now mobile; rolling and scooting are his new favorite means of transportation



• Max does not like baby food, with the exception of pears, and sometimes bananas.



• You are either a parade person or you're not. We are parade people. 3 parades already this summer. Two thumbs up for the Lehi Days and Days of 47 parade. The Tooele 4th of July parade is thrilling for those who love big trucks, politicians, and horses.


• Home improvement projects never end up being as fufilling as you think they are going to be...especially when you end up painting the bathroom the exact same color as it was before.
