A Loveless-less Madison
My brother has started something for sure. A few years ago he decided to start the recruiting process for a yearly Madison River fishing trip. Jim loves this river...in fact, I believe this is where he proposed to his wife. So all the boys (brothers and bro-in-laws) in my family went to fish the Madison River in Yellowstone this weekend and the girls and the kids are all going for a day camp tomorrow. Sadly, this will be one more year without the Loveless couple attending. We just couldn't make the trip having just returned four days ago from the trek across the mid-west. Sorry guys...we hope to make it next year! Have a great time.

Today was one of those mornings where you wake up and you long to be 3 years old again, without a care in the world, except for maybe which superhero underwear you were going to wear that day. I did not want to get up and shower. I did not want to brush my hair and put on make-up or try and coordinate an outfit. I did not want to mess with my mental t0-do list of house chores and yard projects. I did not want to get in the car and drive to work. Remember when you just got up, mom had breakfast waiting, or you could have cold cereal or a pop-tart, and then you could wear anything thing you wanted. It didn't have to match or be right-side out or facing the right way. Cowboy boots and gym shorts were just fine and out the door you went with a butterfly net to discover the world of mud tunnels and minnows. Then when you were hungry again...what do ya know? Mom had more food waiting for you inside. All that was required of you was a quick rinse in the sink. Those were the days.

Agh, here we are...I thought that this being my first blog entry, introductions were appropriate. The happy little Loveless couple. One of us is happier about this picture than the other and happier about pictures in general than the other. One of us is also going to be happier about the whole idea of this blog than the other. However, the happiness might begin to dwindle as I am approaching my fourth month of being pregnant and the pictures are sure to be less desireable than before. This picture was actually taken right before Ryan graduated with his MBA a few months ago! That was something we could both be happy about!
Memories...us on our wedding day. The only wedding pic I have down loaded right now. It was a great day, despite the sub freezing temperatures and the short sleeves. I would do it again in a heartbeat...he wouldn't. 4 hours of pictures was enough to make him never want to repeat that day again.
